About
Owner-operated. Marietta based.
Arnold & Blanc Contracting is a general contracting company owned and run by Drew Arnold and Max Blanc. We are based in Marietta and work throughout East Cobb and metro Atlanta.
We take on substantial residential renovations, additions and new construction, along with commercial interior build-outs. The common thread is scope: projects that involve several trades, permits and a real schedule, where the quality of the general contractor decides how the job goes.
Our proposals are built trade by trade so the price is explainable. Our agreements are written to protect both sides. And our communication runs through the owners, in writing, so every decision has a record.
If you are planning a project in the Marietta or metro Atlanta area and want a contractor who will tell you what it costs and then build it the way it was priced, we would like to talk.
